Simply a great (and old) song to start your day with. It’s bouncy and energetic, and I think it’s the perfect thing to listen to at the moment.

Hip hop from all over the world y’all.
Canadian-based Moka Only has been skating along the boundaries of my radar for quite some time now. He’s worked with many different undergroundartists, big and small, to lay a few lines or help in the production phase. I love his willingness to work with various musicians to create something truly diverse each and every single time.
Check out my round-up of tracks from this legendary artist, who’s released more than 40 albums in his music career so far, and I’m sure, much more to come.
I keep falling down to the ground. -
I don’t share many personal things on this blog. I want it to be simply about themusic. But, today’s a difficult day for me so, maybe that’s why music has been hitting me harder than usual.
I love the momentous crashing of instruments in The White Album’s song, “FallAt Will,”which is full of sweeping emotion and plenty of gorgeous guitar work. Grab a handful of tracks below and let yourself live within this moment, right here.

Where have these Chileans been hiding? Loud beats and fabulous rhythm, I absolutely am loving on Astro at the moment.
These electro-rockers will win your heart with their playful and dynamic energy. Central and South America sure ate them up with their first EP release, Le Disc De Astrou, they released back in 2009. Forming almost as an accident, these guys stuck together and have only enhanced their sound to date. Grab a couple of tracks from their self-titled sophomore effort below and keep an eye on these guys, it’s summer tour season.

BONUS: And honestly, I love any band that’s down to get weird on video. I mean really, what sort of ritual is this?
Late Night: My Ever-Present Memory EP – Deadpoole -
Well executed looping electronica gets me every god damn time.
LA-based Anenon seems to be much like a sponge, absorbing the diverse influences he grew up with to even his own taste for hip-hop and jazz. This talented musician incorporates all of it in his own unique and persistent sound. He’s got an incredible grasp for the electronic genre, showcasing classical instruments in a brand new light.
“Shifts” is an older track with fluttering tones and hip-hop beats that patiently switch on and off, it was also the first song of his that immediately struck me. The talented Brian Allen Simon (Anenon) recently released his debut full-length,Inner Hue, which brings us to a much more refined level. Spacious and timely, there’s no hesitation at any point in the album, it simply moves forward and forward. It’s quite lovely really.
Grab “Shifts” and a couple tracks from his newest, and be sure to check out the rest of the album here.
